Servier needed to promote themselves more effectively to the public and healthcare professionals while maintaining regulatory compliance and adherence to the ABPI Code of Conduct.

What was the result?
The HCP (healthcare professional) facing website saw increased search term visibility by 276%, and doubled Healthcare Professional traffic/searches. Traffic from members of the public also increased significantly accross the entire site. In addition, the time visitors spent on the website increased by 50%.  The marketing spend was decreased by 90% while the site remained regulatory compliant.

EyeForTravel & EyeForPharma

What do EyeforPharma do?
The client is a well known conference organiser in the sector of Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology. They organise large events throughout Europe and these events are well received and well regarded. Similarly, EyeForTravel is the same for Trave, Hospitality and Tourism.

What did they need?
EyeforPharma understand that their business relies on effective promotion and that the website is an integral part of that strategy. They wanted to see how they could further increase their marketing effectiveness and engaged Naxtech.

What did Naxtech do?
We carried out a website healthcheck, competitor analysis and intelligence, link building, email marketing.

What was the result?
Upon project completion the conference’s delegates number doubled and the conference attracted the attention of new leads (delegates and sponsors). The email marketing campaign produced a number of leads that are being followed up.  The client was impressed and has now engaged us again to further increase customer traffic and create new leads.  Following this, we were invited to replicate the same results in other parts of the business such as EyeforTravel which specialises in the travel / tourism / hospitality sectors.

HKPU are one of the largest Educational Organisations in China with over 29000 students, 3500 staff and 176 courses, including a number of courses in Travel, Tourism and Hospitality

What did HKPU need?
They already have an effective and highly used website and wished to further develop their marketing and research activities at the lowest possible cost.

What did Naxtech do?
The client engaged us to do an email campaign. They wanted to target senior tourism, travel and hospitality professionals in specific business types, and geographies. We provided a tailored mailing list and also consulted on deliverability and spam filtering issues.  

What was the result?
Out of a total of 3300 emails sent we achieved a  10% conversion rate (compared to the industry standard of 1-2%) which contributed to the university’s research and helped secure further funding for the university.
